Our new client-facing property compliance portal is due to launch in two weeks, giving landlords, letting agents, housing providers, and portfolio managers a simple, secure way to manage their properties online.
The portal is being built to make portfolio management easier. Instead of searching through emails, chasing certificates, checking spreadsheets, or waiting for updates, your team will be able to log in and see the information they need in one place.
You will be able to view your properties, check compliance status, see upcoming renewal dates, monitor open tasks, download certificates, review documents, track job progress, and see what requires attention across your portfolio.
The dashboard is designed to give clear visibility at a glance, showing which properties are compliant, which certificates are due soon, which documents are missing, and which tasks are still open.
Sensitive information, such as contact details, documents, and access notes, can be protected with secure login, role-based access, 2FA, and audit trails, helping keep your property data safe while still making it easy for authorised users to access what they need.
Our aim is simple: to make compliance easier to manage, certificates easier to find, renewals easier to track, and property maintenance easier to follow from instruction through to completion.
